We love creating new designs and adding new products to our range, so thank you for coming to us!

Please provide the requested details and submit your request like you would a normal order (you will not be charged a fee). If you do not have some of the requested detail, please place N/A in the relevant text field.

We will then be in touch by email to chat further and provide an obligation-free quote.

Please note that when submitting a product request via this page, there is absolutely no obligation to make a purchase. This is simply how we enable our customers to request a quote for a product that we do not have advertised on our website, or just to suggest a product they would like to see us create and offer as part of our range.

Please note that due to the natural materials used in wooden products, each item is unique and will vary in colour, pattern, texture, blemishes, imperfections, and darkness and consistency of engraving.

Acrylic and wood colours may vary to how they appear on your device due to different lighting and colours omitted from different screens.

FLAMMABLE: Wood and acrylic products are flammable. Keep product away from heat, flames and candles.

NOTE REGARDING USE OF IMAGES: For the purposes of advertising on social media, our website and other locations, we reserve the right to use any photos or videos we take of products we create, including those taken during the production phase and upon completion.

If your order includes an item that is a surprise, secret, etc and you would like us to delay posting photos/videos until a particular date, please be sure to mention this in the text box at the time of ordering. You may also message or email us to discuss prior.

If we are not alerted to any need to delay use of a particular photo or video, your item will be shown on our social media accounts, website or elsewhere at a time chosen by us, including before Mother's/Father's Day, a wedding or other celebration.
