IMPORTANT - ASSEMBLY: Please note that this wooden wishing well comes flat packed in 7 individual pieces to prevent breakage in transit. E6000 glue or other firm hold wood-safe glue is recommended to secure the pieces together. We recommend using masking tape to hold the pieces in place while the glue thoroughly dries. Please ensure you do not leave the lid to last when assembling, it must be slotted into place before the final piece is glued in place.

Acrylic and wood colours may vary to how they appear on your device due to different lighting and colours omitted from different screens.

If your order includes an item that is a surprise, secret, etc and you would like us to delay posting photos/videos until a particular date, please be sure to mention this in the text box at the time of ordering. You may also message or email us to discuss prior.

If we are not alerted to any need to delay use of a particular photo or video, your item will be shown on our social media accounts, website or elsewhere at a time chosen by us, including before Mother's/Father's Day, a wedding or other celebration.

If you make an error and notice after your order has been placed, please call us immediately to rectify before the design and production process begins.

No refund or exchange will be provided for products with customer errors. Orders are unable to be cancelled if the production process has already commenced.
