Specifications:

• Made from 4mm plywood
• Frame, sign and box are optional
• Frame made from 4mm plywood, 3mm clear acrylic and metal stand offs
• Dimensions: each blank puzzle piece measures approximately 5cm x 5cm
• Number of pieces excludes the centre piece (eg: the 40 piece puzzle will have 40 blank pieces + engraved centre piece)
• Optional extra 5 pieces includes 1 corner piece, 1 of each side piece, 1 of each middle piece
• Box size is to fit blank puzzle pieces for storage/presentation at your wedding (puzzle centrepiece does not fit)

IMPORTANT: we recommend you provide your guests with a ball point pen ONLY (eg: Biro) to write on your puzzle pieces as Sharpies/textas/felt tip pens will likely bleed. Please test your chosen pen on the back of the puzzle beforehand to ensure you are happy with the appearance/effect.

Sign, frame and box are optional extras.

Please note that due to the natural materials used in wooden products, each item is unique and will vary in colour, pattern, texture, blemishes, imperfections, and darkness and consistency of engraving.

Acrylic and wood colours may vary to how they appear on your device due to different lighting and colours omitted from different screens.

NOTE REGARDING USE OF IMAGES: For the purposes of advertising on social media, our website and other locations, we reserve the right to use any photos or videos we take of products we create, including those taken during the production phase and upon completion.

If your order includes an item that is a surprise, secret, etc and you would like us to delay posting photos/videos until a particular date, please be sure to mention this in the text box at the time of ordering. You may also message or email us to discuss prior.

If we are not alerted to any need to delay use of a particular photo or video, your item will be shown on our social media accounts, website or elsewhere at a time chosen by us, including before Mother's/Father's Day, a wedding or other celebration.

Please select your puzzle size based on the number of puzzle pieces you require. Keep in mind that you do not need one piece per guest as couples will often sign together and some guests will not sign it at all.

In the text box provided, please enter the details you would like to appear on the centre piece of your puzzle. Please note, text capitalisation and date format is as per the product images displayed.

Next, select if you would like to include a matching wooden sign, frame and/or box.

Tick the box if you would like an additional 5 puzzle pieces in case any are lost at the event.

Please double check all details before adding to cart as we do not check for errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.

If you make an error and notice after your order has been placed, please call us immediately to rectify before the design and production process begins.

No refund or exchange will be provided for products with customer errors. Orders are unable to be cancelled if the production process has already commenced.
