If we are not alerted to any need to delay use of a particular photo or video, your item will be shown on our social media accounts, website or elsewhere at a time chosen by us, including before Mother's/Father's Day, a wedding or other celebration.

In the text box provided, please enter the name you would like to appear on your bag. Please note, text will be capitalised as per the product image displayed. One name only. If two names are provided, only the first name will be used unless hyphenated.

Please note: longer names may need to be reduced in height to fit properly on the bag.

If you make an error and notice after your order has been placed, please call us immediately to rectify before the design and production process begins.

No refund or exchange will be provided for products with customer errors. Orders are unable to be cancelled if the production process has already commenced.
