After checkout, please reply to the order confirmation email and attach your image(s) in JPG or PNG format, or email them to hello@meridianetch.com.au with your order number in the subject line. Where providing multiple images, please provide these as separate files, not all on the one page or in the same document. High resolution images produce the best results. 

We will then crop the image(s) to a circle if you have not already done so. If you are particular about how the images are to be cropped, please provide images cropped as circles to ensure you are happy with them.

Images in the format of a Word document or PDF are not accepted.

IMPORTANT: we print what you give us. This means that if you provide a low resolution image, we cannot guarantee it will not print blurry due to the quality of image supplied. We are unable to turn a low resolution image into a high resolution image, nor can blurriness be fixed/removed. Please ensure you understand this or provide a better quality image if you are not happy with the quality of image you have. Blurry or low resolution images are often the result of screenshots, Canva designs, images copied from online or cropped images.

We do not reprint images due to low resolution images being supplied (you would need to submit a new order with the new image).

WARNING: keep away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not place in the fridge, freezer, oven or microwave. Ensure clear plastic backing is removed before using and/or consuming. Keep on a flat surface in an airtight zip-lock bag in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight prior to use. Place on cakes/frosting/icing at the last possible minute as the longer the icing is in contact with moisture the softer and blurrier it will get.

INGREDIENTS: 

Starches (E1422, E1412), maltodextrin, glycerin, sugar, water, stabilisers (E414, E460i), dextrose, emulsifiers (E435, E471), food colour (E171), flavours (vanillin), preservative (E202, E330). 

E435 is under 1,000 mg/kg, E202 1,500 mg/kg.

Please note that due to the natural materials used in wooden products, each item is unique and will vary in colour, pattern, texture, blemishes, imperfections, and darkness and consistency of engraving.

Acrylic and wood colours may vary to how they appear on your device due to different lighting and colours omitted from different screens.

NOTE REGARDING USE OF IMAGES: For the purposes of advertising on social media, our website and other locations, we reserve the right to use any photos or videos we take of products we create, including those taken during the production phase and upon completion.

If your order includes an item that is a surprise, secret, etc and you would like us to delay posting photos/videos until a particular date, please be sure to mention this in the text box at the time of ordering. You may also message or email us to discuss prior.

If we are not alerted to any need to delay use of a particular photo or video, your item will be shown on our social media accounts, website or elsewhere at a time chosen by us, including before Mother's/Father's Day, a wedding or other celebration.

Please double check before adding to cart as we do not check for errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, image blurriness, etc.

If you make an error and notice after your order has been placed, please call us immediately to rectify before the design and production process begins.

We print what you provide. Please ensure you are happy with the quality of image provided.

No refund or exchange will be provided for products with customer errors or blurry images due to customers providing low resolution images. Orders are unable to be cancelled if the production process has already commenced.
