IMPORTANT - ASSEMBLY: Please note that this item comes flat packed to prevent breakage in transit and will still have the plastic/paper protective layer on it to prevent scratching until you are ready to assemble it. E6000 glue or other firm hold plastic-safe glue is recommended to secure the pieces together. We recommend using masking tape to hold the pieces in place while the glue thoroughly dries. Please ensure you do not leave the lid to last when assembling, it must be slotted into place before the final piece is glued in place.

PRIORITY PROCESSING speeds up the design and production time (to 2 business days) but does not speed up the shipping. If you would like faster shipping, please ensure you select express shipping at the checkout.

If your order includes an item that is a surprise, secret, etc and you would like us to delay posting photos/videos until a particular date, please be sure to mention this in the text box at the time of ordering. You may also message or email us to discuss prior.

If we are not alerted to any need to delay use of a particular photo or video, your item will be shown on our social media accounts, website or elsewhere at a time chosen by us, including before Mother's/Father's Day, a wedding or other celebration.
